Science for the People: Launching Pesticide Info!

We’re so excited to share that a newly updated, more intuitive, and easier-to-use pesticide information database is now available to the public, accessible at pesticideinfo.org.

At its core, Pesticide Info is a tool that combines publicly available data to create an interactive, searchable database of every chemical and product related to pesticide use and application. With Pesticide Info, you can look up information like the latest cancer ratings of widely used pesticides such as atrazine and glyphosate, or whether the brain-harming insecticide chlorpyrifos is also harmful to pollinators in your community (it is!).

Join author and activist Sandra Steingraber and the Pesticide Info team over at Pesticide Action Network on Tuesday, March 23rd, at 11am PT (2PM ET) for a launch event, including a walkthrough of the tool, campaign examples, and ample time to ask organizers and scientists your pesticide-related questions.
