The answer would be similar to The city had my yard sprayed except that a municipality is not involved.

1. In this case the herbicide  sprayed Fiesta which is iron-based and accepted as an alternative to chemical herbicides in many jurisdictions.

2. As it is likely considered a 'natural' product, Personally, I would not worry about it unless you have a blood iron problem.

3. Various iron products are is also used to control slugs and to prevent yellowing of leaves in alkaline soils.
