Pre-Harvest Herbicides (essentially used as Dessicants)
Be aware of pre-harvest herbicide application restrictions (Western Producer, Aug. 1st, 2015 by Thom Weir PAg) This article lists the herbicides registered in Canada for 'pre-harvest' use equivalent to dessication (without using the term dessication), and their use restrictions. SNAP Comment: I assume the articie is accurate as to date of publication. I have not yet been able to find if there are more regulatory requirements in registering a dessicant than a herbicide.
